The ADAPT foam in the heel provides a lightweight solution for stable cushioning that delivers unrivaled ground feel and energy return. The outsole features Dual Density Tornado cleats with four PWRADAPT PODs in the heel allowing each cleat to interact with the ADAPT Foam independently.
